In 2003, with our family's unwavering support and our uncle Gabriel's craftsmanship, we embarked on a journey to build something extraordinary. Our dream became a reality when The Railroad Seafood Station opened its doors in March 2004. Every member of the Hinojosa family played a vital role, with Nathan and Natalie overseeing daily operations and our parents, Luis and Dolores, ensuring we upheld the highest standards.
Our humble beginnings were fueled by a desire to give back to the community that nurtured us. We take pride in our commitment to supporting local businesses, sourcing seafood regionally, and providing an exceptional dining experience rooted in our community. Over the past 20 years, we've weathered challenges, from the BP oil spill to shrimp crop failures in Asia, and emerged stronger and determined to serve you.
Our family-style dining approach sets us apart, making seafood more approachable through bulk buying principles. But the heart of our success lies in our incredible team – a group of professionals who consistently receive praise for their courtesy and knowledge. We're immensely grateful to our restaurant family, without whom we wouldn't be where we are today.
Our mission is to bring families together through exceptional seafood dining experiences, creating cherished memories one meal at a time.
